Support
The application has one operator, so there is no ticket queue and no support portal. Questions go to a single address, answered by the person who built it.
Revoking access
Authorization belongs to the account owner and can be withdrawn at any moment, without going through us. The application loses access immediately.
TikTok
Open the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, and remove IPSuccess API from the list of connected applications.
YouTube / Google
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find IPSuccess API under third-party access, and choose Remove access.
Common situations
Authorization expired
Access tokens have a limited lifetime and are renewed automatically while the authorization stands. If renewal fails — typically because access was revoked, or because the app is still in a platform's test mode, where refresh tokens expire quickly — the operator authorizes the account again. No content is affected; only the connection has to be re-established.
An upload failed
Failed uploads are not retried silently. The operator sees the platform's error and decides what to do: correct the file, wait out a rate limit, or upload manually through the platform's own interface. Manual publishing always remains available and is unaffected by the application.
A video went out with the wrong metadata
Title, description, thumbnail and captions can be edited afterwards in each platform's own studio, exactly as with a manual upload. The application does not lock anything it publishes.
Reporting a problem
If something about the application looks wrong — unexpected permission requests, activity on an account that should not have any, or anything that does not match what the Privacy Policy describes — report it to the address below. Include what you saw and when.
