Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of IPSuccess API. The application has a single operator and is not offered to the public, so these terms bind that operator and describe the limits the application works within.
1. Scope
IPSuccess API is an internal publishing tool operated by the owner of the “In Pursuit of Success” channel, and built by Rankium Systems. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to third parties. There is no sign-up, no subscription, and no user account other than the operator's own platform accounts.
2. Permitted use
The application may be used only to publish content authored by the operator, to channels the operator owns and has personally authorized. Any other use is outside these terms.
3. Platform rules
Use of the application is subject to the rules of each platform it connects to, which take precedence over these terms:
- TikTok — the TikTok Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, and the developer terms governing Login Kit and the Content Posting API.
- YouTube — the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines, and the YouTube API Services developer policies.
If a platform rule and these terms ever conflict, the platform rule governs, and the application is adjusted to comply.
4. What the application will not do
- It does not publish to accounts owned by anyone other than the operator.
- It does not collect, repost, or redistribute content created by other people.
- It does not automate engagement — no likes, follows, subscriptions, comments, or messages.
- It does not attempt to inflate views, followers, or any other platform metric.
- It does not circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any platform restriction.
- It does not display platform data or metrics to third parties.
5. Content responsibility
The operator is solely responsible for the content published through the application, including its compliance with each platform's community guidelines and with applicable law. The application transports files and metadata; it does not review, moderate, or generate content.
6. Availability and warranty
The application is provided as-is, for the operator's own use. There is no uptime commitment, because there is no service being offered to anyone. Platform APIs may change or become unavailable, in which case publishing is done manually until the application is adjusted.
7. Ending the integration
The operator may end the integration at any time by revoking the application's authorization in the platform's own settings — for TikTok, in the connected-apps list; for YouTube, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation takes effect immediately and requires no action from us.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
